Representative Gara objected. 2008-04-12 House Journal Page 2930 The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 8(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSSB 8(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
